Unfortunately, due to the continual abuse of good will, we must now enforce these Terms Of Use to all that wish to download any of our Linkware Templates/Web Sets/Graphics. It is required that you read and agree to the following before you can view or download any of the linkware provided:-

Linkware Products - Are not free, but you just get to use them free of charge. Linkware templates can only be used for personal, nonprofit or bonafide charity sites in exchange for a link to us.

A link to Reall Solutions must be provided on each and every page that the product is used. You agree to give credit to http://www.reallsolutions.com for the graphics and design of the template (if any) that you decide to use. A 'links' or 'resources' page is not adequate.

Any site that makes any income from their site at all (this includes banner ads, pop-ups, trade or barter, but is not limited to) must purchase a commercial license. Please email us with any license requests.

You agree not to alter in any way or form, any of the graphics provided within the template, with the exception of changing/adding text to blank buttons and headings.

You agree not to break up any of the template sets.

You agree to download and save the .zip file once provided, to your own hard drive and agree not to link directly to any graphic on this site or reallsolutions.com.

You may not use the template and/or it's graphics to create e-mail stationery, without specific authorisation from reallfreestuff.com

The linkware templates provide will not be used by any website developer/designer to profit in any way from the templates design.

You agree not to include any of the templates here as part of an online graphics collection or post the .zip to any group or board. No template from this site may be redistributed in any way, shape or form.

Reall Free Stuff can not be accountable for any errors/problems that you incur in relation to HTML, CSS, Javascripts, etc. Use of the the template .zip file is at your own undertaking and we hold no responsibility for any damage that may be incurred either directly or indirectly from you using said template .zip file. Although all .zip files are virus free at the time of creation, it is strongly advised to do a virus check BEFORE opening the file.

You agree to e-mail Reall Free Stuff and include a request for the .zip file for the template you require, a working url (domain) even if it is under construction, website title and a valid e-mail address.
